Our Terms / Our Fees
You shall provide us with the CTC of the candidate the moment the offer letter is issued to the candidate. The bill shall be sent to you on the day that the candidate joins your office. Our Fee for all Placements is 12.5% for Senior level, 8.33% for mid level of the annual CTC (one month's salary) of the Candidate, to be paid by your office within 15 days of joining of the candidate. The billing shall include the Govt. levy of 12.36% Service Tax on the Total Value Due would become applicable in all the cases.
We are specialized in Sr. and Mid Levels. We would request you to kindly provide us Senior and Mid Level manpower requirements in your organization as per the discussions.
CVs send to you valid till 2 years.
CTC would include Basic Pay, HRA, HMA, Conveyance Allowance, LTA, Medical
Allowance, Journal/Children's Education, Soft Furnishing, City Compensatory
Allowance and other similar allowances, in whatever form or nomenclature.
Replacement of Candidate:
For all positions, we shall provide you with free replacement in the event that the Candidate leaves your services of his own free will on the following conditions :
- Replacement shall be provided for the original candidate sent by us provided he leaves within three months calculated from the date of joining.
- In the event that the replaced candidate leaves then no further replacement shall be provided.
Failing this, we undertake to refund the fees thus received, less a minimum Service Fee of 15% of the amount received from your office as mentioned above.
All details of candidates referred by us remain our property for a period of two years and our candidate's should ethically be contacted through us. Fees will be charged for candidates recruited by you within two years calculated from the date that the resumes are received by you. Time constraints may force direct contact on your part. In this case, we would wish to be kept constantly informed.
